Riggs Elementary Winter Festival

Last weekend Aspen Orthodontics participated in the Riggs Elementary Winter Festival. It was so much fun! Emily, Mindy and Jennifer manned the booth passing out free goodies, doing impression demonstrations, and answering all of your questions about BRACES!  We were able to sponsor the rock climbing wall this year, so we were happy to cheer on all the kids who chose to participate. This event was a big success and we can't wait to do it again next year!

Now that the Super Bowl is almost here, we thought we would give you some "brace friendly" food options for your big party! Remember to stay clear of the crunchy nachos, don't bite into a chicken wing, and definitely stay away from the popcorn! Try these scrumptious foods instead:
